I currently have a business class Award RTW ticket booked using my Delta SkyMiles. I figured that since Aerolineas Argentinas is now a full member of SkyTeam, that I'd be able to fly them on my RTW ticket. Last agent I called at the RTW desk told me that no, I could not book an award ticket through them. She said they are not eligible as part of the RTW ticket.

Anyone have any experience here? Was I misinformed?
