Yes - today they finally responded to my e-mails*, with the response that SAL has now been added to their retro-credit engine. No credit yet, despite the e-mails having full details of the retro credit request, so I immediately logged the credit request as one would normally do on A3.

I don't see any roadblocks - just a slow update between new *A members and the A3 mileage programme. Unfortunately the IT team over there didn't quite fix the problem comprehensively. While SAL is now in their database, other TA/LR/AV airports are not - including the other TA hubs of SJO and GUA. Other *A newbie CM airports are also missing (notably PTY).

CUN is also not in their retro claim database!

*I also rang A3 twice, with both agents telling me that I would need to send an e-mail to the M&B address.
