OK, kiddos, I just got confirmation for taking a day off Friday, so the house should be all set when you arrive

I am making

Brisket
Fajitas
a few side dishes, and Rosie is going to attempt in making a chocoflan, I made one once, and it was OK, let's see how hers goes
