I'm just confused cause I've been following that site for a while waiting for AA 77W to appear. And for as long as I can remember every plane was first seen in its primer state (like this one for Philippine airline spotted yesterday http://paineairport.com/kpae5493.htm) then flown to Portland for painting then flown back to Paine looking all colorful. And those plane spotters at Paine Field are good. They don't usually miss big events like paint flight, b1, c1, customer flight, delivery, etc.

It's been about 20 days since AA's fb picture until yesterday. Could that birdie really be painted during the time? Looks like an american flag on the gray airframe. I guess this isn't final cause I'd expect a big "American" painted.
