There is also - more importantly - a bug that will not allow PNR's to "accept" valid passport information despite the website being updated by the traveller.

I've spent a minimum of 5 hours on the phone with web support on this issue, and the best they can say is: "we know about it, it's in queue to be "fixed".

Yeah, riiiiiiight. GRRRRRRRR.
