I think it is just how disorganized TG is. If they decide that the UD may be clsoed. They should just block all the UD Y class seat first and only open it on checkin when they need to use UD. By doing this, they will not make people (like me) upset.

I think it was to do with the equipment swap. Standard procedure is to close it until they need to open it. I think this makes sense, whether we agree or not.
