OP has NO grounds to complain to anyone. Not UA, not the DOT! This did not happen to the OP. It happened to a friend if his. That friend should complain but make sure the facts are straight first. Everyone here loves to scream DOT, COMPLAIN, ETC without bothering to note it didn't even happen to OP
