Welcome to FT!

Air Europa is a member of SkyTeam, not OneWorld. Because your onward flight is not marketed or operated by a OW airline, you will not be eligible to use the IB-operated lounges at MAD.

But on the return, if you travel the same itinerary, you would be eligible to use the (amazing) Sala Velásquez in T4S prior to boarding your Business flight on IB back to the States.
