We’ve heard there’s been some confusion regarding our Passport Escape awards and wanted to provide you the correct information. As of November 1, 2012, you will no longer be able to redeem points for Passport Escape awards.
Don’t worry, you can still book or make changes to existing Passport Escapes award reservations before November 1, 2012. Simply call 1-800-228-3360 in the U.S. or Canada or contact your nearest Worldwide Reservation Center.
And remember, there are still many other exciting ways you can redeem your Hyatt Gold Passport points, including free nights, room upgrades, meals and spa experiences.
