It's pretty obvious where Pre-Check is (in the middle of Terminal 1), it doesn't matter what gate (as long as you're in the right terminal), and the Priority (Gold and Above) lane is next to Pre-Check.

It depends on the airport. In some, you're fed directly into the Sky Priority line after failing Pre-Check. In others, you have to leave and go into another line.
