The train only goes from downtown Minneapolis so taxi is going to be your best bet. The taxi will drop you off at the main terminal (where the train and rental cars drop off closer to the skyway checkpoint). If you go tot he center of the terminal you will see the SkyPriority area. Go through the guard into the SkyPriority checkin area and you will see the line to the security checkpoint on your left.
