The SkyPriority checkin area leads to the SkyPriority security check. The SkyPriority security check is the only location with PreCheck so you will have to wait in line until getting to the BP checker - if they scan and you get the 3 beeps you are sent to the PreCheck line, if not you are sent to the regulair SkyPriority security check.

Depending on how you are getting to the airport (train, rental car, taxi?) the skyway security checkpoint may be faster if you don't have cary-on luggage. Otherwise the main SkyPriority checkin/security line is pretty obvious and easy to find (it is at the top of the center escalators when coming from the train or rental car area).
