The day of my flight, Oct 5th, was a complete mess at AA priority check-in. Possibly due to cancelled flights but I waited an hour to check-in on the first class line! Insane. Almost missed my flight by the time I got to the counter so asking for upgrade was out of the question.

On a separate note, we flew the exit rows, 20A and 20B. These are by far the worst seats I've experienced. Maybe everyone knows this and I don't but the proximity to the door makes it absolutely freezing to sit in these seats.
