After making a J flight change can no longer make any further flight changes online.
Can anyone assist. I have changed one of my flights from DXB-BKK to DXB-SIN. I have a J flexi ticket. After making that change I seem to have been blocked out from making any further flight changes. I am now advised to contact Emirates by phone if I want to make any further amendments. Is this normal or is it my ticket class that is causing the problem? I also have another ticket in Y which is a saver ticket that does not allow changes online, although that is more understandable.
Can anyone also tell me if it is also worth doing a web check-in online, because I have been unlucky to lose my seat a few times this year in Y when I decided to simply check-in at the counter.
