I should expand on that. Last year in the 3 month long Q4 promo I earned 3 free nights. This year's 2 month promo gives me so little that I can't be bothered counting it up.
This year I've had to stay at Hyatts a couple of times. They're not so bad. They may want to earm my business more than Hilton wants to keep it. Hilton rep, if you're out there, please tell the powers that be that some Diamond in NC is hoping to see a massively less discouraging promo for Q1 of 2013.
Well... I do hate the Tue and Wed night thing because those are most of the nights I am staying. That said, their Virgin promo in conjunction with this promo is at least 3-4 free nights in a cat 2 hotel and about 2 in a cat 3 or 4.
