Parrot is the largest brand with an Android deck - they currently have a single din unit, with a dual din version on the way, along with two external android stereo options. :

The one you linked to looks decent, but I doubt support is very strong. It comes with outdated Android, most likely won't have access to the Google market either.

One other options is to pick a unit with Mirrorlink technology and a matching phone with Mirrorlink (like the Galaxy S3).
