I think this is going to be just the beginning of a lot of cost-cutting measures on their part, and cost-increasing measures for the consumer.

Well da they can't make a fortune on this promo let alone make a profit. (Mileage, Clean up..... These promos are made for getting people to try hertz and then stay loyal!
Its a promo stint and i think everyone knew that at sometime this was going to happen. in the future don't talk too much to the reps about this!
they enjoy high prices since they receive a bonus!
