Greetings;

I am just finalizing some travel plans for this fall and am wondering what time zone is used to determine the application of the close in ticketing fee.

In other words what location is used when deciding whether I am ticketing 21 days prior to departure, or 20 or less days prior to departure ?

Is it the departure city ? Or an American Airlines office somewhere in the USA ?
