I doubt there are many precheck-eligible flyers that aren't elites. The implementation will matter a lot -- if they use the current elite line and you don't get the precheck bp scanner until you reach the front, it won't help out much. They'll need another line to make this worthwhile, but the space is so small/crowded I don't know where they would be able to put one.
