Looks like you have become a Platinum member by such unethical means and thus clearly Marriott should care the least for customers like you. I hope they not only deny you these points but also freeze your account and investigate the existing ones as well.

Also FYI on Price, this is not an airline reservation that prices would change based on days of travel. Hotels have a daily rate and if the rate changes during the middle of your stay then the final rate is averaged out to account for the changed rate. I would expect you to know this with you being a platinum member. Others have posted regarding you not staying which I think the hotel firmly believes and they won't make that claim until are 100% sure.
