just reading through this thread tickets were booked on September 28, and it seems they were being cancelled from around september 30? Maybe Sept 30 was just for some folks who didn't get ticketing in time, but certainly by early october (the 3rd) there are lots of reports of cancellations. Not sure where the three weeks is coming in to it?
