Yes, I am sure. When I am logged into my account, I can see available rewards nights in Paris in November and early December. When I look for January 2013, I get this message:

"Reward night reservations must be made within 60 days of your arrival date. Please select a different arrival date or come back later to make your reward night reservation."

I am not a Gold member.

According to the Choice Privileges website, members should be able to reserve a room in Paris 60 days in advance whether they are Gold or not (if they live in the US or Canada).

If you are an Elite Gold member residing in the U.S. or Canada you must make your reward night reservations personally through the Program Line or through your online profile no more than.50 days prior to your planned arrival for all stays in the U.S and Canada or 60 days prior to your planned arrival at all hotels in Hawaii and all other locations worldwide."
