Perhaps an all A380 service SYD-LAX alternating between 11xwk to 14xwk depending on the season and demand (and hence allowing for enough slack for maintenance).
Yes it's possible if they modify their LHR schedule. The 2 A380s in LHR sit there for 15 hours a day.
SYD-DFW-xBNE-SYD can't be upgraded currently to an A380 due to BNE not being a category 10 rated airport (required for regular A380 ops, irrops don't count as the PIC can make the discretion to land at a lower rated airport). If they wanted to change the DFW service to an A380 they would have to and could cut out BNE and make it SYD-DFW-SYD.
