So what's the deal with Capital one? Almost everyone in my office is signing up for this, they talk about the double miles feature. So even if the Explorer card offers one mile per dollar, isn't Explorer still a better deal as I can cash in miles for BusinessFirst or GlobalFirst rewards at a much better rate?
