I'm in (almost) the same boat as Tartegnin: 2 booked seats in C in Jan from BKK-MUC (TG924). Agent said 7442 configuration (uh oh) and TG website says 747 "all series". As of two days ago, expert flyer gives me the seat map for new C and F... Not sure what to rely on here...
I could deal with old C, but not when paying (whether cash or miles) for "real" biz. Has anyone ever been compensated after a switch?
