Seriously, though, the OP has been mostly updating us on the status of some aspects of his unenjoyed stay. It does not bother me. I would prefer to have comments I skip by because I am not interested in them rather than not have the information.
In my opinion though, the OP is very frustrated and angry and that has influenced some of the language choices used in describing the hotel. I do not think I would ever say that someone "lied" in a post. I might say that "it appears someone said or wrote something that was in accurate." But to say someone lied is to say they made such a false statement with knowledge of its falseness. That is just one example where I do think the OP could tone it down a bit. But I do care to hear about the outcome of his dispute (regardless of whether I agree with OP or not or even have an opinion). Any data is good data.
My choice of words was made very carefully. That said I will not be commenting on the matter further publicly. It turns out you can complain to Starwood enough, that your account is placed on an "alert list".
