Things in Bangkok have been slow and my last two retroclaims have taken 9-10 weeks. They do eventually get around to it, although you are right that this does not count as good customer service.

If the upgrade is only to EBS, you can contact them after the points post and claim the extra 15%. Sadly, there are not too many other benefits. If the upgrade is to EBG, I would try calling them and explaining the situation. Not sure it will work, but it might be worth the shot.

There is an unofficial SAS lurker around...not sure if he can help. Otherwise I think you can only call EB and see what they recommend.
