Does anyone have experience regarding registering missing points with SAS. I've tried registering three flights with Star Alliance-partner United Airlines, July. The online web-register does not accept the flights. I've sent mail with full documentation to
[email protected] almost two months ago (Aug.23) - and I've sent a request for confirmation they have received the documentation about a month ago - without any answer from SAS.
The SAS-webpage reads I'll have to wait for 8 weeks - and after that send in new full documentation.....
Anyway - since almost eight weeks has passed without the points registered - I've now missed the EB-upgrade for at least two people in the family, and I'm (to say the least) furious with the extremely bad service from SAS.
Anyone - have you any recommendation on how to handle it?
