Thanks for your message. Have your points still not posted? Generally, we ask that members allow up to three weeks for points to post for Amtrak travel, with the knowledge that it often takes place much more quickly.

If your points were to be earned on Amtrak travel, and they are still missing three weeks after the date of travel, you can "Request Missing Points" in the My Account area of AmtrakGuestRewards.com (login required). Have your ticket stub or eTicket document handy to provide some required information about your trip.
