Agree.

Subtle differences: AC and UA FAs are usually older (grey hair), NZ FAs are mature but not grey hair yet. OZ FAs are younger but service is "cold".

I like NZ lay flat the best.

Connect at AKL is quick, just walk from arrival level, security, go upstairs to departure level. Total time: 10-15 minutes. All North America flights arrive around 6am, then connect to 9am various Australian flights out.
