My experience:
The pilots will make an announcement and ham sammiches will be passed out for everyone. You will then be summoned to the cockpit where the Captain will teach you the DM handshake. He might even let you fly the plane for a while. ...But the best part is the water cannons that are sure to meet your flight on arrival.
