From Yogya airport to Borobudur will take 1.25 hours assuming normal traffic. Ditto back to Yogya/Prambanan. Just save your money for now and put Java on a future trip. Bali has more than enough to occupy anybody for 7 days.

If you insist on trying, I'm sure you could find a taxi driver at Yogya airport that would be happy to take you the 1.5 hours to Borobudur....for a price. At Borobudur and adjacent village, you can probably find taxi or private car to take you all the way back to Yogya and Prambanan....also for a price. Or take public bus then change to taxi in Yogya (will take more time).
