Thanks for that G-BOAC, something I wasn't aware of having read here previously that codeshares couldn't be upgraded.

I booked Mrs P from EDI-LHR-JFK on BA for next year with her sister who is flying directly from London on a seperate PNR. Her sister received an offer to u/g to WT+ for £149 (still there) and when we contacted BA again the agent said as Mrs P's flight has a domestic it wasn't possible (there was availability) so looks like I was given duff info?

Mrs P's flight still shows an offer to upgrade to WT+ which states when you click on the next screen it will give you a price on the next page but then it reverts to having to call the contact centre which was already done as above.

Looks like the ring back for another agent applies?
