Mine is always off. This is the first time in a long time I have even looked at them. I already know the number of miles I have.
It also lists my airports as AUS, ORD, SFO, DEN, IAD. I haven't been to DEN since May. Including connections. Although I did sponsor my mother on an upgrade to and from DEN so perhaps it is counting that.
