If you can wait until you arrive in Indonesia to purchase your air ticket, you'll save a lot. I bought a ticket JOG-DPS in February 2011 at the Garuda downtown ticket office in Yogya for approx. US$67 (2 days prior to flight date, walk-up, no advance reservation). If I had bought it outside of Indonesia the price was at least double.
