Believe me, I'm not a Luddite and I'm reasonably technologically aware. But what is the problem with carrying a sheet (or two) of A4? Paper doesn't need batteries or an Internet connection, and isn't really very heavy. And ... it seems to work all the time, at least IME.

Or have we really reached the stage where the smart phone is the hub of everything? And nobody ever loses them, or breaks them?
