All my GC's purchases via TCB were tracked correctly. So far only one cashback cleared (marked as payable) last week (purchase was made in August), others are pending. Usually, TCB sends a notice of tracked transaction almost immediately (in few hours) after purchase. If not, something went wrong.
That's what happened to me with TCB, extrabux, Hoopla Doopla. I think there is something to do with the fact that I'm located in Europe. Hoopla Doopla CS was very good and credited me my GC purchase almost immediately.
I did also have trouble with mr. rebates and ebates too, and all I can blame is the location because I also use a German cash back site and I never have any problem with it.
When I do use CB to shop, I normally close the browser and then start on the CB site and move on from there. I can't use FW and BC so I can't comment on those. I like Mr.Rebate tracking ticket system where you can add note to it - so I can tell them which tracking ticket when I file a missing cash back claim.
