E-ticket pricing incorrect compare to billed price
Can anybody tell me why the pricing showing on a e-ticket would not match up to the price I paid?
I recently booked a QR flight for my family and the total price on the e-ticket is about $1,800 USD lower than what I actually paid. The issue I must submit a confirmation e-mail with passenger, flights, and cost details or e-tickets to my company for reimbursement.
ALex has tried to assist but the people I'm corresponding with just keep telling me how much I paid for the flight instead of re-issuing the e-tickets with the correct pricing or a confirmation e-mail (which I never received after I booked the flight online) showing the require detail with pricing.
I'm wondering now if they overcharged me for the flight?
