Just got back last week (sat in 3D) and can say w/o a doubt that watching others, the window seats are a pain to get out of when you're flat and your neighbor is too. I would also avoid row 1 A,B and D,E as too close to the lav and K,L as too close to the galley. Can't comment on the back section as I've never sat there. Overall, while the TLV - EWR flight is great, the CO seats are not as comfortable as the UA business seats.
