So, just for grins, which programs have access to inventory 365 days out?

I have bupkiss in Air Canada's program, but have some points in other buckets that can be transferred into *some* airline programs (Chase Ultimate Rewards, Starwood SPG, AmexMR, etc.). I might not have enough in any one of them for 2 biz seats (and there might be fuel charges or other fees that I'd consider excessive), but I'd like to know what channels might be available to get seats as soon as AC makes 'em available to anyone.
