Are you trying to buy a ticket that involves codeshare travel on other airlines, or a ticket that outright involves another airline's ticket number?

Are you trying to buy a ticket that is denominated in some currency other than US dollars // being sold with a billing address outside the US?

Are you trying to buy a "miles and money" ticket (is that still a thing?).
