Arrive from Frankfurt on DL at 4:35pm, likely T4

For US citizens I think 2:20 is fine. I've done T4-T2 int-dom in 2hrs with time to spare. The US citizens immigration lines move much more quickly than the others. In T4 I cleared in less than 10 mins. Customs was about 5 mins. If there are problems and arrive about an hour late, you might stress a little but I still think you'll be fine. There are flights to either DCA or BWI which leave at 7:59p and 8:00p respectively and I believe those are co-terminals to IAD so they might offer to put you on one of those if things go bad.

Keep in mind this far out schedules can and likely will change, maybe by about 20 minutes.
