Never heard of this company, but as far as AI goes:

All-Inclusive resorts are subject to availability, however your Voucher does NOT include any All-Inclusive fees. When booking a “mandatory” All-Inclusive resort, you will pay the additional All-Inclusive package rate upon check-in.

And from what I am finding, most all are AI. It is also a timeshare company, and although they cannot force you to attend a presentation, they can hound you day and night.

If you DO decide to go this route, here is one for quite a bit less. Not sure if it has the resort you want though....
