None of the above. AT&T sent me my HTC one X for $75.00 ($80.00 with taxes and shipping)

I have the grandfathered unlimited AT&T data plan, and when i read the reviews between the One x and the SIII, about 40% of the reviews were for the One x while about 60% of them were for the SIII.

Factor in the cost of $75.00 for the One x vs the SIII and the one x was a no brainer.

I bought a nice kickstand case and a super thin 3200 mah travel batter and i got a combined portable battery power of 5,000 mah the case and phone all for under $120.00.

The SIII by itself was $199.00.

I have a better looking phone with a better (or at least equavilent camera) with nearly identical functionally, better audio, and a longer battery life (calculating my back up) for much much less, and the only thing i gave up was an SD memory card slot.

Now to your question, yes i switched. I had an iphone, and an iphone 3gs, and the wife has an iphone 4. You couldnt pay me to use her iphone 4, but mainly because of the smaller screen. Then when i saw how much better my camear was than hers, the fact that hers is not as user friendly (read, can do with what you want) as mine, and the fact that the internet experience (even with flash being dead) is significantly better on my one x then her iphone, it was pretty much a no brainer all the way home.

ONe thing i am envious of is her eco-friendly environment between her ipad II and her Iphone 4, and the fact that we must have 6 or 7 different speaker/chargers around the house that she can simply dock her phone to. (The eco system between my galaxy tab 8.9 and htc one x is not as good, but it isnt terrible either).
