If you buy any tickets through a hotel concierge the amount will probably be added to the hotel bill and earn two points per dollar with Sapphire Preferred (or more if you are staying at a chain hotel and use their card.)
However, some of your cards assess a foreign transaction fee. I would leave those at home.
And apart from buying through the concierge, there's no other way,right?
