Mine seem to post monthly, but I've never bothered to check if it is by the Chase statement or the MP statement. My Chase statement closes on the 22nd each month, so the award miles post in a day or two. My PQMs just magically appear without the tracking line items like it shows for award mile deposits so I can't swear to when they show up, but it does seem to be a monthly lump sum.
IME, PQMs post by calendar month, dated on month end. Usually toward the end of the following month. For example, July UA purchases posted for me ~ Aug 25, backdated to July 31.
