I'm currently staying at the PH, and had a work lunch at the Collins Kitchen at the GH. I often book the private dining room, but this was only 2 of us. The service was simply atrocious. 35 minutes before our order was taken (despite most people having the buffet), and could not find waiters to ask drinks or the bill from.

The service standards at this hotel are slipping.
