I stayed at the IC in the beginning of this year. They are in between two metro stations, so you can get anywhere with little effort; museums included. I liked the IC because it's located in the financial/embassy area, so it's very quiet around there at night...I had good sleep each night. Rooms are nice, but not huge. If time permits, take an over night trip to Toledo and stay at the Hilton Buenavista, it's a former castle.
