The ANC-MSP flight is traditionally always a tough upgrade, lots of medallions, lots of paid first, lots of miles used for upgrades or for free flights.
Interesting on the meals.

Even before the UG window I noticed the first cabin was about 75% full.
A lot of Diamonds were in the back with us.
