^ +1 for sippy style cups, i still bring a non-spill beaker with a lid for my daughter when flying and she's just turned 6 because its much easier than having a cup that can be much more easily be knocked over on a plane than at home, i know what you mean about not putting fizzy drinks in them, only time our's ever leaked
